The promoter is Smartway Builders Kapiti Ltd trading as Smartway Builders, of 4 Oxford St, Tawa, Wellington, New Zealand (“Smartway”).
The competition:
- opens at 10:00 am on 1 November 2026
- closes at 3:00 pm on 1 November 2026
- will not accept entries received after the closing time.
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who meet the geographic and project eligibility requirements below
The proposed project must relate to a residential property within Smartway Builders’ normal service area, including:
- Kāpiti Coast up to and including Ōtaki
- Wellington
- Porirua
- Hutt Valley
- other areas of Greater Wellington that Smartway agrees it can reasonably service.
Smartway may confirm that the property falls within its service area before the prize is confirmed.
